Shares of RayzeBio surged more than 40% in their trading debut Friday after the radiopharmaceutical company’s initial public offering was priced at the top of expectations.
The San Diego company sold more than 16.1 million shares at $18 apiece, compared with prior plans to offer 13.2 million shares at between $16 and $18 each.
RayzeBio shares were recently changing hands at $25.30, up nearly 41%, after opening at $25.
The company said it granted the underwriters an option to buy an additional 2.59 million shares.
