Stellar Bancorp board member and vice chairman George Martinez notified the company he won’t stand for re-election at its 2024 annual shareholder meeting.<\/p>\n
Martinez, who serves as a director of the company and Stellar Bank among other roles, will continue to serve in such positions until his term as a director expires at the meeting. He intends to retire as a director and vice chairman of the bank on Dec. 31, according to a regulatory filing.<\/p>\n
\n
The banking and financial services provider said Martinez intends to retire from his positions with the company upon completing his term as a director.<\/p>\n
